Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Moen account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the unused fixture in its original Moen box with all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials included to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
